Oversight of all museum operations including but not limited to exhibition development and interpretation, grant writing and implementation, collections care, public outreach, event and educational program development, marketing and public relations, and instruction of undergraduate and graduate students in museum development topics. Accomplishments: Increased community visitor rates by 35% in first year, and development of the first bilingual audio interpretation program for the museum.

Most recent work is in culture related topics and portraiture for books and sustainability start-up. Future emphasis will be in work developing non-photographic processes that use photographs as a launch point rather than an end.

Accomplishments: Coordinated and consulted in development of business plan to launch eBusiness division of Maritz; initiated and developed plan to migrate entire department from mainframe computers to PC platform, 100% retention of staff throughout four years in management position.
